What membership covers

A simple, fixed monthly fee that covers every document your business is legally required to hold — drafted, reviewed, stored and kept up to date as the law changes. Membership does not include physical safety certificates (EPC, EICR, Gas Safety, PAT, Legionella etc.), training courses, or independent third-party reports — those are quoted separately at our published rates.
